A Marriage Blessed By God
Each day you live is a blessing,
and some are more special than others
Yet as you grow and learn to love,
God blesses you with another
Today you will exchange your wedding vows,
marking a journey for both of you
One that only God has chosen, to walk you happily through
The Bible tells you that a Husband and Wife must
unite and become one
To agree on one accord together,
and to remember to have some fun
Always keep God before you;
marriage is more serious than you will ever know
The love that united your hearts in the past,
must always continue to grow
Take time to communicate, and share what is in your heart
Marriage requires so much more than romance,
to keep from falling apart
Just remember these words of wisdom:
God is there should you need a friend
Take time to pray together every day,
and your blessings will never end
I wish you an eternity of happiness,
and all the blessings your life can hold
Just stay on the path to God through Christ,
and watch all your dreams unfold
