What is the PFTHG Breakage Replacement Program?
There is no charge to register your porcelain Gifts of Expressions with us. You must registered your porcelain gift within 90 days of purchase. If you are a proud owner of a Gifts of Expresssions by Denetha©™ porcelain gifts, you can take advantage of our Breakage Replacement Program by registering your products online or by mailing in post card.
We'll replace broken porcelain gift piece that is in stock at Poetry From the Heart Gifts™ at 50% off the current retail price. We reserve the right to subitute gift item as governed by suppliers. This offer is good for as long as you register your Gifts of Expresssions by Denetha©™ with Poetry From the Heart Gifts, Inc.™. Each gift must be registered seperately.
Limited Editions Replacement:
Provided, the edition is still open and a replacement is available.
Return Packaging and Shipping Cost
You are required to safely and carefully package all broken pieces and return them to PFTHG along with a Check or money order for half of the purchased priced made out to Poetry From the Heart Gifts, Inc.™, A copy of your purchase receipt or registration number, along with your name, address, phone and email address.
All orders are shipped when all payment clears. You are required to pay the shipping and handling cost when returning broken porcelain pieces to us. Please allow 2-4 weeks. It may take longer for Limited Editions replacements.
Replacements Registration:
All replacements are required to be registred as a new purchase.
