God Made Me A Woman
God made me a woman; fearless, beautiful, and strong
And like all women, I have struggled to belong
Whether in society, my mind, or in a relationship
The one thing I am sure of, that it's a never-ending trip
God made me a woman, with a smile so wide
And only He knows it takescourage and pride
I give, and I give, it just never seems to end
I climb one mountain, to meet another around the bend
God made me a woman, who deserves love and respect
To be treated like a Queen, and not a reject
To be proud of who I am, because God made me
I have made a difference, because I am special and unique
God made me a woman, who is loving, intelligent, and free
And I salute all the women who paved the road for me
The road to success is a journey, and we all have the power to achieve
I know that anything is possible, but first YOU must believe
God made me a woman, and that's how I will live and die
Because I know what it is truly like, to struggle, laugh, and cry
You see, God gave me the strength to do all that I must do
And when my spirit is called to Heaven, my love remains in you...
